WebDAV and bulk copy issue

Hello.
I'm using WebDAV for uploading documents on Alfresco Server.
Sometime i cannot copy files, i see this message "An error occurred copying some or all of selected files".
But some files (jpeg, tiff, pdf) are copying OK.
Please help, it's very important for me!
Version: Alfresco 3c
OS: Suse Linux 11

After delete content of folder "lucene-index" work fine, but it is working very short time.
Then timeout again and error "An error occurred copying some or all of selected files" 
How i can disable indexing?
