web studio on alfresco labs 3c

was trying the green tutorial for web studio. but during this step: http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Web_Studio_Tutorial_-_Green_Energy_Starter#Getting_Started, i dont get the "based on the following" dropdown as showed in the tutorial. Is this an installation issue. Anyone has any idea?

seems like the error is the following -

The Web Script /studio/service/api/prebuilt/list has responded with a status of 500 - Internal Error.

500 Description:   An error inside the HTTP server which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

Any clues on how to resolve this. seems like without this its not possible to see web studio in action.
