Virtual server start up going on and on

Hi!

I installed Alfresco using Alfresco-Labs-3Stable-Full-Setup.exe. Now when I go to Start->All Programs->Alfresco labs->Start virtual server. Tomcat prompt opens and its destroying some singletons, loading properties files etc. from last 3 hours. please let me know if it really does take that much time?

The virtualisation server takes a few seconds to startup, certainly no more than 30.

However if it can't connect to its repository or looses its connection then it will periodically retry, and that's probably what is happening.
