View Permissions on spaces through code

Hi,

I want to assign [size=120]permissions on users whether they can view a particular space or not[/size]..

I can do this through browser..but [size=120]can i do it through code[/size]?

I have a workflow definition where spaces are created on approval dynamically, but this space should not be visible for the user..

Is it possible through code..??

Any kind of sample code or suggestions are welcome..
