Version 5.4 of Activiti Designer released

Hi all,

A bit later than planned but the new version of the Activiti Designer (version 5.4.0, aligned with the rest of the Activiti release) is available.
In this release we have the following changes:

- changed look & feel to Activiti Modeler styling
- added form properties support
- added sub process parameter (input & output) support
- added error handling support

Note that you should use Eclipse Classic version 3.6.1. 3.6.2. is not supported due to a problem with the property refresh mechanism in that Eclipse version see:

Well done! Is this available on the update site yet? The latest version I can find is 0.8.0.
