version 5.11 manualTask

I have a short question:

I have the Activiti version 5.11
In the book activiti in action and in the userGuide, the manual task is written like <manualTask…… </manualTask>
But after I create a manual task with the activiti designer, the xml code looks <task…. </task>
Are both of them working correct ? Or just the new one <task…. </task>  ?

Both of them do the same, the same logic is executed. So you can used whatever you please.
