VAriable of Outcome review Task is null

Hi!
When i execute a workflow, the wf_reviewOutcome is null!

I tried to execute the example made by Jeff Potts, in his Advanced Workflows, 2nd Edition and have same behaviour!
Either if i approve or reject, the variable is always null!

Im using Alfresco Enterprise v4.0.2

Can anyone help me?

The problem was in the type of Event in the Listener
