Using ACP files to import documents with prior versions?

'Evening all,

I am tasked with importing a largish number of documents from an aging CMS into AlFresco. ACP files looks like an ideal means of importing content thus far.

However, ACP exports of versioned files from AlFresco include only the most recent version of a versioned document - losing it's historic versions.

Can anyone tell me if ACP files are suitable for importing a document (along with it's prior versions) in a single hit? If so are there examples or documentation on doing so?

ACPs do not yet support version history for a piece of content.

The full Repository export/import handles this by exporting the complete version history store.
