Users creation with REST ?

I would like to create new Users using the REST API ? Acitivit 5.10 usergide describes how to get informations about users but not how to creates them. Is it possible using the REST API or should I use the Java API of the engine ?

creating users is not possible via rest afaik… So yes, the java api, or use/implement your own user management system
