User Role Assignment

Hi ,
  I have created different uses with differnt User space. Now two users having same user space are able to view/share the documents. But users having different user space cannot view documents belonging to other space.

But I would require a user who could view/edit contents in all the user spaces. This person is like a super user having control of documents on not only his space but also in other space.

How could I implement it while creating users/groups.

You could do this using a folder structure ..


HomeSpaces
    |_    Holder A
               |_  HomeSpace 1
               |_  HomeSpace 2
    |_    Holder B
               |_  HomeSpace 3
               |_  HomeSpace 4


You can set permissions that are inherited by home spaces 1 and 2 on the folder Holder A.
