User quota exceded

when I add content to any space, Alfresco show me the following error:

"Please correct the errors below then click ok. A system error happened during the operation: User quota exceeded"

Why show me this error ? and which is the best way for the solve?

I think the user quota allocated to you is full…

What you can do is to go to Alfresco, Administration Console. Under Manage System Users. Select yourself and edit the user quota allocated to you.
