user folder deleted - no login

user folder was delete, so there is no login for this user available
is there a way to recreate the user folder or to change to user folder ?

can you still login with the admin user?
If so, then go to 'User Options', click Manage Deleted items.
As admin users, you will be able to see deleted items from all users. Find the user folder and restore it.
