User Defined Roles?

i'm using Alfresco 2.1 RC, I need some informations about the Roles,(Predefined Roles)  

User can create  their Home space only in MY Home/Company Home/Guest Home!
There is any way to create Home Space other than it?
I  can  add more roles other than  Coordinator/Collaborator/Contributor/Editor/Consumer?
I can edit roles privilege?

You can customize permissions by overriding the existing roles and adding/editing to them as necessary.   See the information here:
