Is there a way to evaluate how much an Alfresco ged is used ?
The sort of question one may want to answer is the number of document/version that are stored within the server, how many of them were downloaded within the last week, month, on average, how many spaces are shared, with how many users …

If there is no easy to use tool to display the information, is there at least a log file that could be used for that ?
The best thing I found so far is alf_data/hsql_data/alfresco.log but it would need some documentation for the format.

The Audit functionality should help you:
http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Audit

Thanks,

Is there anyway using Audit functionality to know how many properties have been changed?

As far as I know, when a content is edited, the method that is called is setProperties with all the content properties, but I would like to know how many properties are new, how many properties are modified and how many properties haven't changed.

Thanks,
Saúl
