Urgent : Create Rule Disable problem.

Hi,
     I am not getting options (some buttons) as enabled while creating a rule in Alfresco. I am trying to follow steps given in Alfresco_tutorial.pdf
Can anyone suggest how to get those buttons enabled after selecting " All Items (or aby other) " from the drop downs…

Please suggest !

What user are you logged in as ? If you are not admin you may need to assign permissions to the user.
