uploading a whole folder structure

hello,

i am working on alfresco community edition3.3.

in document library there is an option to upload files and create a new folder.

i want to know if it is possible to upload folders hierarchy along with its sub folders and files stored in local disk?

waiting foe an urgent reply.

Zip up the file system and import it or copy it in via CIFS or FTP. 

Or there's a couple of import utilities on the 'forge.
