Uploaded files report

Hello.  I am quite new to alfresco.

Is there facility or report that shows the number of files uploaded to Alfresco in a given time?

Is there or will there be the ability to have a files downloaded report?

While we're at it what about the ability to commuicate via email to people who have downloaded a file?
