We are having troubles uploading new versions of .pdf files into the repository. We can upload new files without any issues, but when we try to "Upload New Version" it returns "Failed". I have been able to do this in the past but I can't now, I have no idea what has changed though. Has anyone else had this issue, how can I fix?
