Upgrading from 1.2.1 to 1.3

I currrent have approx 30GB of data in my alfresco repository.  
The MySQL data len is approx 140MB and the Index Length is approx 100MB
Why does does the migration takingso long?  So far over 32 hours?

If you have a look at the mysql update script, you'll see that temporary tables are created and that the data from the old tables is inserted in the temp ones. Then, the new "working" tables are created and the data is copied from the temporary tables to the "working" ones.
During the insertion of the data, nested queries are performed. And as you seem to have got a lot of data, this takes a long, long time.

Hi,

Some of our support customers requested a changed script and this looks to be working and is in the process of being tested.  It'll feed into the code streams at some point, but essentially you just need to add indexes to all the protocol-identifier-guid columns in the T_ tables.
