upgrade to 2.1 with thumbnails

Hi all

I recently perfomed an upgrade from 1.4 to 2.1 but I recieve a Class Definition Thumbnail does not exist error…I am aware that the the latest version of thumbnails does not support 2.1.

I do not really need to keep thumbnails I just thought it was a cool feature and am suprised Alfresco have not implemented it yet???

Could someone please tell me how to remove all references to my old thumbnail installation?
Is there an sql script that will do it somewhere? I have tried the patch that comes with 0.3 thumbnails but no luck there.

I have manged to alter the database to remove all reference's to the thumbnails extension and my repository works with 2.1 now .

Does anyone have a clue when Alfresco will have similiar functionality to this great Extension???
