Upgrade from 3.4 to 4.0 Alfresco

Hi,
   I am looking for a good tutorial/instructions on how to upgrade an existing 3.4 d version of alfresco to the latest 4.0d version. I would like to retain the existing alfresco file content store and the database entries.

   In essence, just upgrade the software leaving the data to be carried over from 3.4d to 4.0d.
