Upgrade from 3.2r to 3.3

Is there a documented upgrade path from 3.2r to 3.3?  We have a heavily customized 3.2r install, but want to go to 3.3 without dumping all of our content.  I'm using and referring to share for the most part. 

Any suggestions on how to go about doing this?

I would very much like to use the new version of Alfresco.

Try the nightly build. On a test server. I use my laptop. This problem seems to have been fixed since the last release, there just hasn't been another release yet. Of course, you run the risk that someone messed something up in the mean time. The particular nightly build that I grabbed about a month ago seems stable, but your mileage may vary. If you like what you see on your test server, you can move it over to your production system.
