Upgrade 4.0d to 4.2c Windows 2008

Hi All,

I have tried a search without success but are there any documents on how you upgrade from 4.0d to 4.2c on windows 2008 r2 please?

backup your DB

install 4.2.c, do not start the service
copy your backed up alf_dir to the installation directory
start the service
