Update error unknown

Hi,

I am using the alfresco out of box document plugins. When I click on any of the document plugins for the 1st time, an error message flashes up for few seconds and disappears which says "Update error:unknown".

It does not stop me from doing anything, and document plugin works absolutely fine, except for the error message which comes up for few seconds.

Hi rashmip,

Which document plugins are you talking about and in which product? Alfresco Share or Alfresco Workdesk? Which product version are you using?
