Unpredictable Session Timeouts

Hi,

we are getting unpredictable session timeouts in the Alfresco Web Client. It does not seem to matter if you have been doing work in Alfresco or not; you just get logged out. In fact it seems that all active users get logged out at the same time. I have no idea what the reason is for this.

Our session timeout in the web.xml is set to the default 60 minutes:

  <session-timeout>60</session-timeout>
</session-config>

Any ideas?

Hi

I expect you have some issue with the ticket cache throwing stuff out when it should not.

Which version of Alfresco are you using? Have you changed any of the ehcache config?

2.1R1 Community, running on Linux using MySQL.

i'm experienceing this issue with
tomcat6
and the latest release of alfresco

5 second timeout
