Unable to open one specific site on Android app

Hello there,

I have a strange problem and haven't found a solution so far.
We use Alfresco Community Edition 5.0c and have Android and iOS Apps running. We have several sites and these can be accessed without troubles, except one single site (unfortunately the most important one for mobile use).

As soon as I tab on the specific site on the "My sites" tab, I get an 'error_session_notfound' message in the Android app (in my German edition of the app, the following error is shown on top 'Ihr Server konnte nicht erreicht werden. Überprüfen Sie Ihre Alfresco Account-Einstellungen'). With iOS it works fine. Some time ago, this site worked fine as well on Android but all of a sudden the problem occured (on all our Android devices). I don't really know if the problem is related to a newer Android app version.

I don't want to create a new site and copy the files as we rely on version history and document change dates within this site, which would get lost, if I create a new site and copy the content. The settings I have found so far are the same like for the sites which work properly. The specific site can be accessed on /share and /alfresco without problems.

Do you have any idea what could cause this problem?
I would be very thankful for your assistance.

I've not seen that error before, and I use the Android app a fair bit. I don't work on the Android app, and I'm afraid I'm not sure what might cause it, but it may well be worth raising a JIRA for it at https://issues.alfresco.com/  - it certainly sounds like a bug.

Give it a try by renaming the site to see if it helps. Also are you experiencing this issue on all types of Android phones or on phones with particular OS

I renamed the site by using the "edit site details" function without solving the problem. The new site name is shown in my android app but the error message still comes up. I experience this issue on all Android phones so far (from lower versions up to 6.0.1). I think I will raise a JIRA as suggested by David.
