Unable to install Activiti Designer

Good afternoon,

I'm having a problem installing the Activti Designer plugin.  When I add the site, I get an error stating the content.jar does not exist.  I can clearly see it when I execute the url in a web browser, so I assume something is going on with the firewall for my company.

URL:  http://activiti.org/designer/update/

My thought is to place the plug-in jars within the "dropins" folder of eclipse.  Has anyone been successful using this approach?

You can also download the full zip here:

Then you install it with a local archive.
