Unable to deploy alfresco1.2.1 in liferay4...

While deploying alfresco.war into liferay4 with ant,i got error as
"status: Deployment FAILED reason: Cannot inherit from final class
state: FAILED
watch: file:/D:/liferay4.0.0/server/default/deploy/1alfresco.war/WEB-INF/web.xml
altDD: null"

     Can anybody help?

Hi,

This problem has been answered many times in the forums already.

Basically, we have a slightly modified version of MyFaces JAR files. You need to extract the following files:

myfaces-api.jar
myfaces-impl.jar

and overwrite the ones in Liferay.

There are several issues that mean Alf1.2.1 will not work correctly in Liferay - including upload and download of content. However, these issues have been fixed in 1.3 - the next (final) 1.3 release will contain these fixes, we will also be providing a prepackaged Liferay4.0.0+Alfresco1.3 bundle as part of the release.
