Type not found

Hi!

I did a simple workflow using Activiti (*using only Alfresco usertask and form fields) and after deploying the worklow in Alfresco. I got the form, fill in all fields and clicked on start workflow.
But I got nothing after that (I got a blank screen)

I notice this error in my Alfresco log

Appreciate any guidance on where I should look to resolve this.

I found out the problem, to be a missing Alfresco group.
