Turn your Session into FlushMode

Hello, I have problems to start Alfresco. When I start Alfresco I get:

Can someone help me to get Alfresco to work?

This sort of error is usually due to alfresco being in read only mode.   

You need to look earlier in the log file to see why alfresco is not allowing updates.      There's likely to be an error before the posting that you put here.

you edit the custom-repository.properties file (in tomcat/shared/classes/alfresco/extension) in order to set
'index.recovery.mode=FULL'
