Transformer DOCX -> PDF broken

Hello,
I created a rule for transforming Documents with MIME-TYPE Microsoft Word 2007 into
PDF-Documents… This worked as it should but now I get this error-message:

03190925 Transformer for 'application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document' source mime type and 'application/pdf' target mime type was not found. Operation can't be performed.‍

Can someone explain what happened or what I can to to bring it back to work..?

Hello,

I think you should check the connection with LibreOffice. Check that soffice process is running on your server and look at alfresco.log.
Search for logs like :
17:26:41,156 WARN  [org.alfresco.util.OpenOfficeConnectionTester] An initial OpenOffice connection could not be established.
or
… has been lost.
