Tomcat not starting on Windows

Hello,

I am new to Alfresco and downloaded and installed the community edition 3.2r and installed it on my windows machine.  When I run the alf_start.bat command, I see a window open up for MySQL, but nothing for Tomcat.  The Tomcat folder logs are empty as well.
Under task manager, I see the MySQL process, but nothing for Tomcat.

What could I be doing wrong?  I have not made any config changes post install.

Sorry my bad.  There were too many JREs running on my machine and had to set the JAVA_HOME to the correct one.  Its up now.
