Hi,
I have read a lot of topic but unfortunatly I haven't solved the problem.
The problem is about a thumbnail preview on share application (like the first row of this picture):

This is my alfresco-global.properties, I have added this configuration in repository.properties too

#
# External locations
#————-
ooo.exe=/usr/local/openoffice.org3/program/soffice
ooo.user=alf_data/oouser
img.root=/ImageMagick
img.dyn=/usr/local/lib/ImageMagick-6.6.1
img.exe=/usr/local/bin/convert
#swf.exe=/usr/local/alfresco3/bin/pdf2swf
swf.exe=/usr/local/bin/pdf2swf

I think that ImageMagic and swftools are correctly installed, I have follow the installation giudeline and I hven't any error.
I haven't any rilevant error in catalina.out or in alfresco.log
Any idea to solve this problem (the alfresco version is Alfresco-Community-3.2r2-Linux-x86-Install)?
Thanks Mauro

The image icons are created asynchronously, so say if you have uploaded 10 docs, then it takes a while before the thumbnails are created for all of them, so you get to see a placeholder….
But in most cases refreshing the page will display the thumbnail icons, as you said you didn't see any errors on the logs

hi,
how can I make a test to check if my imagemagic installation it's ok? There are other configuration files that I can check or change?

Thanks Mauro

The error was that Imagemagick hadn't a support for png (png is the format that alfresco use to create tumbnails).
To check supported format:
identify -list format

I have installed the last version of Imagemagick and now all work correctly!!
