I am trying to follow WCM Product Evaluation guide but I'm stuck at the beginning - defining first web form… When I point to the company-footer.xsd file I'm getting message like:

This schema does not contain any element declarations. A schema must contain at least one element declaration in order to generate a form.

… Is it possible that the cause for this is the fact that my "main" alfresco deployment was built with the newest revision from SVN and WCM was downloaded as a bundle?

Whole system is being deployed within JBoss Portal 2.6.2..

I would greatly appreciate any assitance…

(BTW: is there any documentation of WCM apart of this evaluation guide?)

Wojtek

Does anybody have any ideas what might be the reason? I have to get the bundle of JBoss Portal / Alfresco + WCM up and running by the end of a week Smiley Sad Any advice on which revision should I use? Is there a WCM within root SVN directory? Where can I find it (using latest revision of Alfresco with downloaded WCM bundle might be the reason of my problems)? And suddenly JScript debug console is popping up when I start JBoss 😕

Heeelp 😉

I don't believe that Alfresco WCM works within JBossPortal - standard Alfresco DM web-client is fine - but the WCM extensions do not. I could be wrong but that's probably the reason (it certainly used to be the case).

And suddenly JScript debug console is popping up when I start JBoss 😕

You need to turn off the default (insane) DEBUG logging level in Jboss - see the wiki pages for info on that:
http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Deploying_WAR_JBoss
see point 9
