Third Workflow Option

Hi Everyone,
     Does anyone know how to create a third workflow option in the more actions menu for content?
     Example, I want to move a content to 3 different folders: Approved (if content is approve), Rejected (if content is rejected), and For Investigation (if content is still for further investigation-which involves a third party).
     When I create a rule with 'add simple workflow' to item, there are only 2 options: Approve and Reject. So how do I make a third option (which in my case, moving the content to the third folder, 'For Investigation')?

Out of the box, you can only do one of two actions. You would need to code a new action and have it included in the actions menu.

     Thank you very much for your reply. I'm sorry but I'm not a java expert.  Can you please tell me specifically what code should I make and what specific file do I need to edit and put this new code?
