There has to be a 'getting started' doc somewhere

I can't for the life of me figure out how to get a form working, setup a workflow, figure out how to publish forms to different places, etc.  I've been Googling, lurking, searching, Google, lurking, searching, and I haven't found anything that really does a good job at getting people started.

I'm only interested in using Alfresco for its Web Content Management system, but I also want to use advanced features such as templating and workflows.

Please hit me with as many links as you have regarding the usage of Alfresco!  These seems like an awesome CMS solution, but I can't figure out how to use it .  I'd also rather not buy a $60 book, because I'm still trying to decide of Alfresco is right for me.

Incredible document.  I followed it without any problems at all.

The only thing that still isn't obvious to me is the deployment details.  I deployed a snapshot, and it looks great when I'm preview-ing the site.  How can I actually view the site, though?  Is it being served by my instance of Tomcat under a certain  webapp name?  Is there an archive file somewhere with all the HTML files?  Where did the mystery "deploy" process actually deploy the site to?

I poked around Google, the wiki, and the forums with little success.
