Technical Informations about Activity

Hi everyone!


I'm developing a complex system and I have some questions about the Activiti.


This is my scenario:

My system is based on Java components,  these components are deployed in an OSGi environment
(Karaf). I need to use the Activiti to orchestrate these components.

First, I want to deploy Activiti as OSGi bundle in Apache Karaf, It's possible?

Second, communication between the Activiti and the OSGi bundles should be OSGi native (Java), without
using SOAP or REST. It's possible?


Note: I tried using the Apache ODE but for this scenario was not possible.

Yes. I haven't tried it yet - but Activiti is made to be run as an OSGI bundle

Second, communication between the Activiti and the OSGi bundles should be OSGi native (Java), without
using SOAP or REST. It's possible?

Sure - Activiti is a plain jar with a Java API.
