'Tasks management' and 'Issues Tracking' with Alfresco

Hello,
I'm discovering Alfresco and I did not find an answer in the Alfresco's websites.

Is it possible to get an "Issues tracker" and a "tasks management" with Alfresco, like the existing SharePoint webpart ?
Or if those functionnalities does not exists, is it easy to configure them in Alfresco ?
