Task not assigned to group (activiti:candidateGroups)

The pooled review workflow works fine as long as the first userTask has activiti:candidateGroups="${bpm_groupAssignee.properties.authorityName}".

But if I replace with activiti:candidateGroups="PURCHASING_AGENTS" then nobody seems to receive the task.

I made sure I have a group called PURCHASING_AGENTS which contains my user (admin).
There are no visible errors in the log nor UI.
When going to "My Tasks", both "Tasks Assigned to Me" and "Unassigned Tasks (Pooled)" are empty.
The workflow is visible in the Workflow Console.

Any idea why I don't receive the task?
Is my syntax wrong?

[Summary]
When completing a pooled activiti workflow task in Chrome, the user is not redirected back to Dashboard as happening in other browsers.
[Reproduction]
1. Create a "Pooled Review and Approve" workflow task and assign it to your own group.
2. From your dashboard click on the new unassigned task.
3.Claim the task by clicking the "Claim" button
4. Click on "Approve" to complete the task
5. Instead of redirecting the user to dashboard, user stays back in the same edit task page.
[Current Behavior]
After completing the task, user is not redirected to his dashboard but stays on the task property page.
[Expected Behavior]
As in other browsers, user is redirected to his Dashboard.

I can notice that in Firefox I have "GET DASHBOARD" at the end of the operation, and I don't have this "GET" using Chrome. Chrome (working with defect) and Firefox and IE9 (working as expected).
In Chrome Browser, the request header "referrer" is getting changed when user claims the task. It changes from user dashboard url to task url. So it stays back in the same page.
