Tag-list clean_up Tool

Hi,

Using and defining tags in SHARE is easy and - in principle - usefull.
However what I urgently need is a tool to clean up (remove) rubbish-like-, almost-duplicate- or never used tags from the system. Something comparable to the Categories Management in Explorer.

Maybe I overlooked something , but I couldn't find a sort of admin-tool to manage tags that are used on the system.
As a result the current Tag list from which my end-users can select became more or less useless.

If such a tool exist I would also like to know how it behaves, i.e. what happens to tags that were already linked to one or more documents in case the tag is removed (or disabled)

I have to say I would like to have a tool like this as well.
Did you find something like it in the meantime? Or does someone else have a pointer to a tool (or set of commands, customizations) like this?

Tag still show up in the dialog associated with documents.
seems once there in there you can't get them to go away.

is there a possiblity to display all the tags which are used it the system (different sites) at the moment?
Did you find a solution for deleting existing tags out of the system?

This is addressed in the soon-to-be-released v4.0 of the product. There is an administration tool within Share to manage Tags (there's also one for Categories)
