Hello,

I tried Alfresco Desktop Sync, but it seems to have some major problems when syncing client side modifications.

In Windows Explorer, I renamed a file named "text3_test.txt" to "text4_test.txt". In Alfresco, the modification hasn't been applied.

I also tried to copy a file named "abc.txt" to "abc - Copie.txt" in Windows Explorer, but the new file hasn't been created in Alfresco.

I also noticed a bug in the other way (Alfresco->PC), i have a file named "~res.txt" in a subfolder of the document library of a site, and Desktop Sync created a folder of this name ("~res.txt") in the root of Desktop sync in windows, where there should be only folders whith the names of the sites I think.
In this folder "~res.txt", there is two folders and a file : \Desktop Sync\~res.txt\Discussion ~res.txt\Comments\comment-1361454515935 , with a comment of a user about the file inside.

I'm using the DesktopSync_windows_0_9_6.exe version downloaded on Sourceforge with Alfresco CE 4.0.

May the characters used in files and folders names be the reason of these problems ?
Is there any way to resolve them ?

Thank you and sorry for my terrible english !

Seems like there is two different Alfresco sync client, one on sourceforge and the other on Alfresco Wiki. But only CMISSync is working currently.
Getting started
