Supervise a Workflow

Hello,

Someone knows how can man set to a user the power to supervise a workflow ? (supervise = see which user have to approve or reject, or in which node the document is…)

I don't know if I need to create a dashlet to show this informations…
Perhaps I need to add the user supervisor in a worflow… but I don't know how…

It's to give information for a boss which does check where the invoices are …

The starting point for your work will be to use the search methods of the workflow service.  

You can find tasks based upon their properties or state and then display them with a web script.
