'Store not found' JSP include/XSD still a problem in Stable?

Hi,

I just installed the Labs3D/Stable release and tried to use an XSD with a JSP include in it but got this error:

09:49:39,656 User:admin ERROR [ui.common.Utils] Store not found.
org.alfresco.service.cmr.avm.AVMNotFoundException: Store not found.
   at org.alfresco.repo.avm.AVMRepository.queryStorePropertyKey(AVMRepository.java:2344)
   at org.alfresco.repo.avm.AVMServiceImpl.queryStorePropertyKey(AVMServiceImpl.java:1154)

A couple months ago, there was a thread about how to fix this by changing some AVMUtil method invocation within the code.  Did that code not "make it in" to the 3d/stable release?

If it wasn't raised in JIRA it's highly unlikely to have been fixed, as we don't scan the forums regularly for bug fixes.
