Good morning,
For some reason, I can't stop Alfresco.
I click on "Stop Alfresco Community Service" but nothing happens.
Has this happened to anyone before?
Regards,
Nuno.
edit: I check the tomcat logs, and it doesn't show anything related to stopping alfresco.

Yup, that way it works.
I just find it odd not being able to stop the service "normally".
Cheers,
Nuno.

Hi
Occasionally there are some non-daemon threads that are forgotten about - usually timer threads.
This should be found in QA.
I fixed a few up in 4.0.
If it hangs for you please get a thread dump and report the threads that are still live.
Andy
