steps for adding a new language pack from zero plz??

hey guys i am interseted in translating alfresco to arabic!can i please know the steps for this project!where do i add the new translated files and how do i make alfresco read them???thx you so much!

I already finish the translation to spanish Colombia (es_CO) for latin american. Let me tell you how we make the process of translation and maybe this can help you in your work.

* We use tomcat for the installation and the messages are at:
YOUR_TOMCAT_PATH/webapps/alfresco/WEB-INF/classes/alfresco/messages and YOUR_TOMCAT_PATH/webapps/alfresco/WEB-INF/classes/alfresco/workflow in order to make the workflow messages translation too.

1. We make a copy of all the messages and use attesoro (http://attesoro.org) for the translation.

We think that is the best for the job. Additionally we use some control table in Excel in order to have a Quality Control and maintain a Database for the new versions.

2. After we create all the translation files, we put the new messages files at his original place and we change the web-client-config-custom.xml.

* One little warning. We do not access alfresco until we make the changes. We found that if we access alfresco before the installation of the messages alfresco starts with English by standard. If we access alfresco for fisrt time after put the new files and restart tomcat, we can always access with our new language. At the Forum, you will found another way to change this, but our method works.

I want to add new language to alfresco
I don't know what kind of files of alfresco must be download
I have download Alfresco.exe but i cant start tomacat after change
also i Download the files from below link

but this file cannot execute with IntellijIDEA
I also have alfresco community4 but i can not login with it
Please help me I donot have much time

We are having the same problem

we put the *_ar_AR in the correct directory but we still have Alfresco in English can u put more details about the solution.
