Ok I downloaded and installed the standard version of Alfresco.
It all starts up nicely and works brilliantly.
However i downloaded and have also installed the Alfresco SDK.
I am trying to get the FirstFoundationClient to run.
However when i shut down Alfresco, this also shuts down the MySQL database.
I need to be able start up MySQL database without starting up Alfresco. As the FirstFoundationClient starts up its own instance of Alfresco. However not an intance of MySQL.
Can anyone tell me a quick solutions to getting the foundation client to work.
