Starting custom workflow from share

I have custom workflow for the document. If I go to document, and press "Start workflow" I can pick my workflow from the list. This works just fine.

Is there a way to have a custom action to directly show my workflow start dialog (or at least my workflow pre-selected in the workflow list on start workflow page)?

I hope this helps. But the whole implementation is a lil bit too big to go to details. I guess at least the first link should help you out.
