Start up performance?

using Alfresco 3.2 EE on tomcat 6 on windows vista.  I'm getting about 158 seconds on start up.  How does this compare with other people?  Is there anything I can do to speed up start up?

Sounds a little slow - I'm getting around 60secs on my MacBook Pro from a clean .war file deployment.
