Start Replication Job from Dashlet as User (Access Denied Problem)

Hi All,

i created a Dashlet with an Overwiew of the Replication Jobs and Buttons to start the Job from the Dashlet. As Admin i can start the Job from the Dashlet. Is it possible to adjust the permissions, that a Site Manager or User can start the Replication Job? Where do i have to look at?
