Some newbie questions

Hi, our IT administrator just installed latest version of Alfresco community edition, and I would like to start to set it up.

For some reason, when I click on Administration console, I don't see Application, Repository etc. I see only Manage System Users, Manage User Groups, Category Management, Import, Export, System Information, Node Browser. Is there any other place to see system configuration?

Also, I'm really confused what is needed to be able to access the online edit function. Any hints?

Hello,

I suppose you have looked at the old user interface (Alfresco Explorer /alfresco/faces/*) instead of the current on (Alfresco Share i.e. /share/page/user/admin/dashboard or /share/page/console/admin-console/application).

In order to use online edit, you need to have the SharePoint Protocol module installed in Alfresco, run a Windows / Mac Client with Office installed and work with the "Sites" in Alfresco Share.
